Ask HN: DVCS workflow for large organization?

Hi all,

Can anyone share their experiences (good or bad) with managing workflows with a DVCS (Git, Mercurial, whatever...) within a large organization, where multiple project teams with various dependencies on one another all had to collaborate towards developing a common build?
