That doesn't make me want to work at GS. I know people will discuss how well it pays but for 100 hours a week I would have to make nearly 7 figures to be comparable to my current job. I make low 6 figures, the actual amount I work per week is well under 20 hours, the rest is wasted in meetings and responding to the never ending deluge of drivel that is slack. I can't imagine spending 100 hours a week working.
Plus AFAIK much of the IBD Analysts' time is spent on preparing the PowerPoint presentations that higher ups present to clients. It seems to function like a form of hazing.
