Crypto Is Stupid; Everything Is Stupid; It's All Okay

For me this boils down to "don't let perfect be the enemy of good".

No system -- no matter if it's crypto, status-quo finance, gold-backed currency, pure capitalist/socialist/whatever -- will ever satisfy someone's desire for "perfection", so alternates will always be proposed and created. Bike-shedding over which is better will continue forever until the sun explodes.

Everything is a set of trade-offs, and competition between these various systems is the best way to weed out the "not good enough" from the "good enough". That's all we can ever hope for.
