What's New in Telepresence 2?

Hi HN!

I'm one of the engineers working on Telepresence. I've been working on it on-and-off for about 2.5 years (but with about a continuous year of "off" in the middle there). To me, Telepresence is about making Kubernetes development accessible/palatable to "traditional" developers who are skeptical/hostile to this whole "cloud native" thing (developers who are like me).

A big part of 2.1.0 is open-sourcing another big bucket of code with the CNCF, so I'd be remiss if I didn't give HN an express link to the code: https://github.com/telepresenceio/telepresence/tree/release/...

I'm here if you have any questions!
