That sucks. As others have said, depending on a third party channel for sales is like putting most of your eggs on one basket.
What is not clear for me is, doesn't Instagram have a customer support tier for accounts that big? I'm just a personal user but I would imagine that an account with 1000s of followers can speak with a person if something goes wrong?
