There’s No Real Reason to Eat 3 Meals a Day

Dinner should not be the largest meal of the day. It hurts our sleep as well as other bodily processes, especially if you include alcohol and sugary dessert. I understand it probably came from the want to socialize once we had that free time, but it is definitely not healthy.
With at minimum 1, but often 2 of the 3 meals a day model spent away at work/school, it’s hard to see this as immediately worse to say the least.
