one of my problem why the email has copyright label of 2018, another issue the email from the recruiter received around 4pm today, later on replying, auto reply say the recruiter are on training, so to partial understanding if no good explaination is given.

Copyright of 2018 is completely irrelevant. Auto reply says to expect delayed response, not complete unavailability, so nothing explicitly out of the ordinary.

I don't understand your mention of a BOT or much of your messages, maybe you could make the post better by writing a bit more on what happened and your take on it?
