Microsoft launches Power Fx, a new open-source low-code language

I was really excited about Power Platform (or whatever it’s called) because it seemed like a cool IFTTT across azure.

It has a long way to go. Unpredictable errors, no version control, widgets that stop working, etc.

I hope open sourcing this language helps increase use and support because now it’s a pain to find out what works. And just getting something working is not a guarantee it will keep working.

But I hope they keep working on it, because it’s cool in theory for personal scripting and cloud batch scripts.

This is nice, shades of the old (and surprisingly capable) Windows Macro Recorder. I wish this sort of thing were available on Linux, any suggestions?
