We're currently working on a more precise version of the Code Nav that's shipped on github.com, which is very similar in spirit to this!

Since the feature launched there is now a Kotlin tree sitter implementation https://github.com/fwcd/tree-sitter-kotlin
(but maybe that it needs some improvments)
