Write plain SQL, generate Typescript types of result row and parameters

Inspired from discussion in https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=26190256

This tool enable using SQL as the single source of truth. Avoid the need to manually keep the SQLs and types in sync.

It's easier to get good performance and simplicity using hand written sql then using ORM.
