To save time for others who need to look it up - it’s in Italy.

Near Sicily

Near? It is Sicily

I was like "is it really?" So I looked it up, and while Sicily became an autonomous region in 1946 it is still part of Italy from 1861 to present.

In the dark, it looks so alien and surreal.
