In figure 1, panel b you can see a set of peaks (5 and 6th) with a '?' above them. That turned out to be pseudouridine, which took Cohn and co-workers almost another decade to nail down!

Why is this important? (I took a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pseudouridine , it looks important. I have a Chemistry specialization in the Secondary School, but I'm not an expert.)

Perhaps you can add a close up of the graphic, highlighting the important part and in particular the question mark.
It's important historically because this is the RNA modification (without the N1 methyl) central to both authorized mRNA COVID vaccines and I've been working on pseudouridine for 13 years.
