What Is Going on at Google?

Can someone give an insight what's happening with Google? The search engine is becoming worse by the month, YouTube is full of bugs, Android issues never get resolved and new versions are barely worth calling a "new version" for the last couple of years. Some of the development teams are booted out like the internal studio for games for Stadia and projects like Angular are seeing mass exoduses.

Seriously, anyone have any clue what's happening? Is it toxic people/management pushing out talent?
