China targets rare earth export curbs to hobble US defence industry

Countries like Australia that have large rare earth supplies should not hesitate to fill in the gap, and they should do so immediately.

Many of China's policies are already unacceptable - from human rights violations to - as here - trade policies (by attempting to hold the world to ransom).

The West has kowtowed to China for too long, it'll lose out if it wastes any more time.
