This looks nice. I esp like that it runs fully offline.

I wonder, for offline apps like this, how would you organize the data, like e.g. backing it up, synchronize to other PCs, just making sure that you don't accidentally loose it? I wouldn't quite trust localstorage. Maybe only temporarily.
