Web API Controversy (USB, Hid, Bluetooth etc.)

I remember finding out about WebUSB and trying to didn’t get most cursed possible think I could do with it. Knowing there’s a WebHID has me wondering the same now.

In fact after talking with someone a few weeks back, I was initially going to look into developing a kernel driver that had to do with HID and serial ports, but hell, I wonder if I can just make it a web app now.
