Ask HN: How does moderation work on Hacker News?

Your account is below 31 karma so you don't see the links/features in the user interface yet. Besides users there's only two people working on HN. https://www.ycombinator.com/people/ lists only one, but I see somebody posted the New Yorker article that includes the second moderator.

Can you stop spamming the forum with useless or repetitive posts ?

Then posted the same link 19 more times since then. And that's just in the last 36 days, before the above exchange there were 10+ of the link (thus the exchange).
