Jazz Keyboard Legend Chick Corea Has Died

I last saw Chick live with Return to Forever at the Fabulous Fox theater in St. Louis in 2008. I think the band had been disbanded for 25 years.

It was the craziest audience I'd ever experienced for a jazz concert. 5 minute standing ovation when they came out (it was awkwardly long) and a roaring standing ovation for every single solo.

I saw Chick with Steve Gadd (amazing) at Blues Alley in DC in 2018. What a great experience.

No!

I was just watching him with Dave Weckl and John Patitucci, and hour ago.
