Man arrested and charged in Scotland over tweet

Seems pretty innocuous compared to the stuff we normally see online. Hardly worth government intervention. Interested to see where this goes regardless.
On the other hand, the BBC has been in hot water in the past when they reported people's speeches/posts/etc., as is, since many people consider it insensitive, causing emotional harm, etc.
Wasn't subtle either. Straight up "the only good X is a dead X" statement.
That's a very different thing.
Advocating: X occurrence is good.
Celebrating: X occurrence happened, and that's good.
Adult people shouldn't behave like a toddler and government should overreact by a tantrum. Is embarrassing for both parts.
