Perl.com domain stolen, now using IP address tied to malware

Google DNS is reporting back a different IP for me when I query perl.com (same subnet though). It's all part of the Google Cloud /13 block.

Sure it may have been used for malware, but given those IPs float between ephemeral cloud instances, it does not mean it is currently being used for malware.

So? Official website of Perl programming language is perl.org, isn't it?

Nowadays it is raku.org

Well, actually that's the place if you're interested in the Raku Programming Language. Which has its roots in Perl, but is now a programming language on its own path.
