Built with phoenix liveview - this is a zero tracking embeddable live chat for your website. We don't use cookies or store your sites visitors IP addresses. Moreover you can give your site visitors a way to delete the chats they had with you.

This came up, because a few weeks there was another hackernews post in which someone tried to make their SaaS page cookie free and livechat was an area in which they didn't have a a ready solution

I think the biggest problem with 3rd party includes are not the cookies, but the fact that you indeed include resources from another site, thus making your users send requests to that 3rd party.

Fair comment. On the other hand, I don't think every site wants to have to build each feature themselves - and self hosting also isn't always an option. I wonder how we can solve that issue - it's definitely a problem.

Great idea, I can’t wait for this approach to become more popular. I hope the rising popularity of Shadow DOM, along with 3rd party cookie blockage will help put an end to tracking, at least in technical terms.

I tend to agree. I think the big issue is that when we use a site, we are being tracked by that site and most of the third party providers they use. Be it Analytics, Livechat or something else.
