"90 day limited warranty guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship."

Is such a short warranty common in the states?

In my experience, 90 days is very common in B2B. Though I wouldn't be surprised to learn that it varies by industry.

Retail warranty is usually 1 year, but this is B2B.
