I usually take meeting notes, and the team uses them to refer to them. A few years back, I started sketching the storyline of the meeting, and people loved that.
A friend suggested I read Dan Roam's books[1], and they are outstanding. I recommend people to get inspired by expressing their ideas with sketches. It is easier for others to understand, and you learn a lot.
