To start, I have had a fairly regular tradition over a couple of years to listen to 'Stellardrone - Breath in the light' each morning with my coffee as a way of focusing my mind.

Jim 'Kimo' West - Coconut Hat

I listen to the album to fall asleep - super relaxing.

Fun note: Jim West is Weird Al's guitarist, but is an accomplished slack-key player as well!
