Twitter has three options:
1. Do not classify anything as out of bounds. After the 6th, they decided they didn't like the results of that approach.
2. Classify out-there right-wing things as out of bounds.
3. Classify out-there stuff as out of bounds, no matter who it comes from.
If they aren't going to do option 1, option 3 is more reasonable than option 2. And if they're going to do option 3, the Chinese Embassy post seemed like really good grounds for locking someone's account.
