Ask HN: How can I order Starlink beta in North Africa?

Hi,

Does anyone know if/when StarLink beta will be available in North Africa. Specifically in Algiers, Algeria (36°45′14″N 3°3′32″E).

How can I order many of the beta version of the StarLink customer-premises equipment? I can provide an address in Paris, France, if they don't ship to Algeria, and take if from there.

I signed up on the StarLink website but I have received neither a sign-up confirmation, nor information to indicate whether it will be available soon or not.
