Ask HN: Are there any resources to help me improve the quality of my feedback?

I recently joined a fully remote company where all technical proposals are made as RFCs. I feel like, and have received feedback that, the comments I leave on them are often too technical or otherwise more commentative than they are constructive. Are there any books or resources out there that could help me learn how to improve the quality of my feedback?
