This outrage is over placing ads for one thing near another thing. Neither the ads nor the posts by themselves are inappropriate, but it's the composition of the two that people are upset about. This type of logic is almost as absurd as California's gun laws. Of course people tend to buy weapons out of fear, this is nothing new.
We all know this is BuzzFeed ragebait garbage. This had died down somewhat, but there is always some story about ads on "controversial" content. This is a new evolution of that, where it appears to be "controversial" ad on "controversial" content. I'm sure we'll see another round of ads on "controversial" content again soon.
