US did around 2000 nuclear tests from 1945. So what you think those nukes are more hotter than the sun itself. All that air fucked up burning the atmosphere. China from 1 Jan 2021 not accepting any trash till that time US was importing trash to China because US was avoiding to be a trash country now it is they have a huge problem. US has paid alot $ so China was accepting all that junk. There was a Cold War US was eating Russia. Russia after puting Sputnik 1 in space, was the leader in technology all the world was silent. US even send people for a research to Russia and what they seen was new for them. Children where going to school for 5 days and for 6 hours all oth them knew Mendelejev table and homeworks for two hours. In US kids where dumb for two hours at school and homeworks for 20min. So US was able to invest in Russia but Russia was a leader at that time. So US invested in China. CHINA was doing job and did a disaster in decades to China land and to the world at that time US was exporting trash to China ant payng for that and resseling items made in China to the world. US steped out from Paris climate organisation at the end.

In the end nobody who is technicaly guilty does not want to pay off.

By the way even Nort Korea does not have such huge national debt as US - trash nation.

The point is you can blame US for their economical needs and that US did not cared about the earth itself or you can blame your self too. Now info is open but before the lockdowns it was open too. Just nobody had time to do nothing and to realise that technicaly nobody was taking care what they where doing for real. Trashing.

Time is over as I have seen in one sci/fi movie in late y2000. Some space ship crue from deep space had a discussion not to get in contact with earth because it's a 5 Level planet. That will not reach space travel and be destroyed by nuclear explotions, waste, polution and diseases and flora/fauna mass extinction. *They did not wanted to share any technology that can be not controlled and used not by purpose etc.

I totally accept climate change, and biodiversity loss, and overfishing, etc., I do believe what scientists have measured about these things- however, this particular paper smells more like an opinion piece than a study, as such.

What a strange point, backed by a TED talk. While I agree with it (empowering women), I don't see how it fits in the context of the article. I don't know if research support the (implicit) claim that women are better (for some definition of better, valid in the context of ecological disruption) than men at family planning.
