Trump administration blacklists Xiaomi as a ‘Communist Chinese military company’

To China hawks:

Any Chinese civilian company + Military Civil Fusion = Communist Chinese military company

The only reason they didn't label Alibaba+Tencent was their market caps are too big/ too many American investors own them.
