Ask HN: Which operating system is privacy-oriented?

Hi! I would like to ask you about operating system focused on privacy. What do you recommend in this matter?

I have used Tails in the past and found it quite usable for browsing and communicating without much additional configuration.

That being said, I have not used other OSs that claim to be privacy focused for comparison.
