Looks like some of the airship to orbit crafts proposed by JP Aeropace:

We know that they have similar technology in production today (using more conventional technology but with the same result).

It's also likely no coincidence that "Space Force" is a thing now.

X-37 is pretty small and rather hard to miss as it launches on a giant pillar of fire every time. Not likely similar to a craft described by the OP.
