Not that anyone is measuring, but doesn't Canada have one of the foremost talent pools and research for quantum computing? As I understand it, the rest of the world is still playing catch-up.
Very good point. I hope what happened with AI doesn't repeat with Quantum (that is missing the train even though it started with a considerable advantage).
