Ask HN: How can I get 3 text meeting options from my calendar?

I am very often coordinating meetings with external stakeholders, and need to suggest my team's open time slots. Most often I'd like to just suggest 2 or 3 possible, and need to type out the time slots with time zones and necessary formatting details.

Is there such a service/API that could help with this? Services like Calendly are great, but it feels presumptuous to send their link, and often inappropriate.
