Yes, if my job was reading email, I'd do the same. Except..., I wouldn't think what I do is extraordinary in any way.
I love this! Probably because it's how I operate, too. It sounds hectic to a lot of people, but I thrive with a little organized chaos like this. Also when I have a dozen things on the go there's always at least one that is interesting enough that I actually want to do it.
