I spend 90% of my working day horizontal - bed, sofa and even the bath.

I don't admit to it often but there you go.

It's not good for you long term. I recommend taking one of the bedrooms in your house and converting into a proper home office. And wear slightly more formal clothing than pyjamas. It does wonders to productivity and discipline.

I will never do anything you have recommended and I will still be as productive as you are. Thanks though!

Well if you are certain it works for you, then I guess don't mess with the recipe.

WIth all due respect I'm 49 and I've spent my entire life figuring out how to engage with my own productivity.
