We need to stop the excessive focus on very rare events.

We know some people are going to have an allergic reaction, which is why some people don't get vaccinated and it's why the protocols include a minimum of 15 minutes monitoring.

Do you have seasonal allergies? Does anyone you know have seasonal allergies? Then congrats, you "ha[ve] a history of allergic reactions". This is meaningless. Moreover, we were assured that the vaccine is safe for everyone to take—by the same folks who told us masks don't work, sure, but we are trusting the science here!

There's a difference between sneezing every year from pollen, and having a history of anaphylactic reaction to medications requiring administration of epinephrine.

Everyone has been pretty clear that if you have a history of the latter you should have a talk with your physician about risks and benefits.

assured the vaccine is safe for everyone? Ha. Not a chance. Politicians and Scientists wouldn't use such definitive language. We were assured it's safer than the virus itself (or the benefits outweigh the risks). And that will hold even when some people have adverse reactions.

About 1/3 of grown adults have allergies.

Not to the point they need to carry epipens.
