China Used 'Mass Surveillance' on Thousands of Americans' Phones, Report Claims

What? Only "thousands"? Chicken feed.

The NSA did much better than that. They used mass surveillance on almost a billion phones in all of the US, all of the five eyes, all of Europe, and many more besides.

I thought this was common knowledge?
