One of the biggest features isn't so obvious at first. By default, only track one track is heard at first. The other four tracks are minimized. Click on the M (multitrack?) and then drag the volume up and you get the binaural orchestra version.
The rest is fun to just drop around or there are presets. Depending on my mental state I will just flop things around until I feel something connect and then I get back to work.
