Critics of Electoral College push for popular vote compact

Sad to see the article end with this disingenuous argument, left unchallenged:

> A national popular vote, she said, would be “like two wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for dinner.”

The journalist should have countered that what this State Rep. wanted instead was "one wolf and two sheep fighting about what's for dinner". A desire to prevent "the tyranny of the majority" is not a valid excuse for supporting the tyranny of the minority.
