I've never really found Glassdoor to be accurate at all. The numbers are so off base and I find it a bit upsetting that sometimes Glassdoor data gets shown in the Google widget thing when I search up salaries at companies I want to apply to because of how wrong it is. I've noticed unscrupulous recruiters use that as a way to try to price people down.
