Can you share some link to the complains of the disabled community? I see you position posted quite often, but I have never seen any details and I am interested in there nuances of the situation.

I have experience with Barcelona and the public transport was adapted a decade ago. Is that an unique case?

The position of Paris was to try to improve access to the bus system rather than the metro system. Last year only 3% of the metro network was accessible whereas 70% of the bus network was Source in french: https://actu.fr/ile-de-france/paris_75056/3-metro-paris-acce...

Only one Paris Metro line with 9 stations has elevators and ramps for autonomous wheelchair access. There are 16 numbered lines and hundreds of stations in the city.
