Vegetarians are our main target market

I'd love to try it, though I infer from the prices in euros that it's not really for the US market yet. I'm not vegan; I'm not even vegetarian. But I'm trying to reduce animal products, and a good cheese would be a nice addition to the toolbox of "instead of..."

But boy, you seem to be getting zero traction. Googling for reviews of your results turned up just nothing.
