Going after home cheesemaker:Cease and desist.I never thought this would happen

The letter claims that he's infringing on a "Protected Designation of Origin", which seems to be analogous to a trademark. The title of his video is “How to make Grana Padano Style Cheese”, so it may be an overreach to claim that he's using the trademark to describe his cheese rather than to compare it with another product. A lawyer would be able to tell him whether there's a legitimate claim of infringement here.

Here it comes. Going after Home Cheesemaker for sharing too good recipe. Unfortunately R.Stallman predicted it in his talks. The more predicted cases we observe the less hypothetical and crazy his ideas appear.

That looks like a nice channel to watch regularly. I think he should talk to a lawyer; certainly the recipe isn't a secret.
