I am surprised that holding regular virtual town halls is one way Ovo increased how they hear from staff. I have found town hall meetings were more interactive before the pandemic. On video-only town halls since March, the exchange is much more one-way. Maybe the term means something different than what I've experienced?
It would be cool to hear examples of how Ovo gets employees to participate on such large, online calls.
