Out of the box the NX tooling doesn't have an option to do just plain TypeScript libraries compiled for the web, only for commonjs. This template is set up to show how it can be done, with full pipeline for publishing to NPM as a UMD/ESM compiled library with readme and changelog.
It also generates full API docs and commits them back to the repo so it can be used with Github Pages.
