Ok, I'll bite. It's in the title of the linked interview, and it's in body text of the interview as MJF actually says it.

My comment was directed at Fox, even though of course he'll never read it.

It's kind of a MJF signature word - I heard this in his voice. He says it in several of his roles, IIRC.

Get a grip. It's just a word.
