I’d really like this to hold water given a larger sample size. I’d love my parents to be able to spend more time enjoying seeing their grandchildren grow up

What does "cell regeneration" actually mean? And how does lack of oxigen trigger this process? Isn't it simpler to temporary reduce levels of oxigen if that is what causes the so called regeneration?
