TL;DR: people are too lazy to have really good opsec. They use their own computers, networks, and personal accounts to conduct their online villainy, and are easily exposed thereby.

The whole social media profile and persona of that person who did the doxing encompasses such a multitude of dog whistles and outright neofascist statements, I don't even know where to begin in describing it.
