Oakland-made coffee brewer Ground Control has industry buzzing

It is extremely interesting to me that they’re using this to solve the brewed chocolate problem. I tried so hard years ago to make Choffy work in home brewing but I could never get the balance of factors right. I hope I can visit the Bay Area someday to try it at Dandelion.

Probably the most unique aspect: one batch can brew up to 6 micro-batches (different water but the same beans), then mix the water together into the final product.
